Sweet potato is one of my favorite veggy and this sweet potato balls are incredibly delicious and soo nutritious too, something which I can eat whole batch all by myself and it will make me completely satisfied . Unfortunately its very hard to find sweet potato here in Tashkent. Normal potatoes are staple here. I always wonder why this tastiest and nutritious potatoes are not familiar in this part of the world. When I come home, I always make sure to buy sweet potatoes and indulge in them. They are great source of fiber, minerals and vitamins.
These healthy balls are super easy to make. It has just 3 ingredients. Boiled potatoes are again sweetened with jaggery and mixed freshly grated coconuts. This makes great after school/office snack or with evening cup of tea or tasty breakfast too. For me it can be enjoyed at any time of the day :-).
Don’t forget to try sweet potato this way when you buy next time. If you are a sweet potato lover, I am sure you will enjoy every bit of it.
I get attack with chocolate carving quite often and there is no other way, I should give something in. This chocolate coated dates and walnuts balls are absolutely delicious. They are gluten free,vegan and healthy dessert which you can’t stop having it. Very delicious combination and you can put together within no time! Very good news for all weight watchers…. you can have this dessert without any guilt.
My dates were looking at me very sadly whenever I open pantry cupboard. Was thinking for so many days to make something out of it.It’s not that pleasing to have dates alone so much….may be 1 or 2 at a time we can….so I just wanna recreate those dates into something interesting. So opted with my favourite thing – chocolate…. I love to eat chocolate in any forms….
This is very simple,easy,with little ingredients but tasty sweet….without any added sugar!!! Yes no sugar added!! Only sweetness from the dates make this heavenly!!! Combination of dates,walnut and chocolate with little peanut butter…..awww…..its an absolute bliss!!!! You must try it.You can give your sweet tooth a wonderful treat within half an hour.
Believe me it vanished from my plate within an hour….i am sure you gonna make this a second time.
