Prepare the balls

  1. Crush the jaggery very well. (there should not be any big chunks).
  2. Add them to the mashed sweet potato.
  3. Then add freshly grated coconut and add them too.

  5. Make lime sized balls (or your preferred size). I got about 26 balls.
  6. Enjoy them right away with a cup of tea.

Tips & Tricks

  • You can use regular sugar or brown sugar instead of jaggery. But I strongly recommend to use jaggery if it is available.
