for crepe and rolling :-

  • For crepe batter, whisk all the ingredients (1-5) in a bowl without leaving any lumps. (You can also use blender)
  • Heat a non stick pan and pour less than 1/4 cup batter (about 30 ml) and make thin crepe of about 5 1/2″ diameter circle.
  • Take out the cooked crepe and keep it on a greesed plate. Then put  1 table spoon of meat masala filling, by keeping 1 1/2 inch space towards the end. Then fold the two sides towards centre and start rolling from down to upward ( as shown in pic).
  • Repeat the same process untill u finish all the batter.
  • Then lightly beat egg white with 2 tea spoon of water.
  • Dip the prepared roll in egg white and then coat well  with bread crumbs.
  • Then heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the rolls untill golden brown. ( you can also do deep fry)
  • Serve hot with your prefered sauces (chilli sauce/ tomato ketchup etc) or have as it is with hot cup of tea/coffee.

Tips & Tricks :-

  • Adjust the green chilli and pepper powder as per hotness you prefer.
  • You can aslo use chicken or other meat of your choice instead of beef.
  • You can also use minced meet which is readily available in market.
  • You can also make only meat filling ahead of time and freeze. Then make the crepe and do rolling when you are about to have them.
